Message from the
President
What
makes a volunteer? First
let me say, there is no doubt we will have a Kingfish tournament and there will
be plenty of volunteers. This club has and will
always "RALLY" when we need to.
When looking back to my first KFC, it was easy to volunteer. Have fun, free t-shirt,
free food, free beer. That was and still should be the entry level for
volunteers. As an officer in the club, working closely with the chair persons
of the KFC it becomes obvious there is more to it. Little words such as
Responsibility, Liability, and Accountability come into play.
Hopefully we will find a balance. The more input everyone has the better. We
are all volunteers. MORE + DIFFERENT= BETTER
John
