As the parent/guardian of the Junior Angler named above, this is to acknowledge that I realize my child is participating in the Jr. Angler Competition at his or her own risk. I confirm that we have read and fully understand the Rules of the Tournament and agree to abide by such rules. I specifically agree, that in consideration of my child’s participation in the Jr. Angler Competition, its officials, members and agents shall not be liable to us as parents or to our child for any legal liability for any loss, claim or damage of any kind whatsoever that may be suffered by my child.
